These represent only a starting point, however. Our commitment to you is to customize menus as needed for any occasion. Wedding Catering

The Centennial Student Ballroom at Minnesota State University, Mankato is the perfect location to hold your wedding reception. The beautiful atmosphere with high ceilings and wonderful acoustics all contribute to making this the wedding reception venue you’ve always dreamed of!

We offer beautifully decorated wedding cakes created by our team of talented bakers. When you book your date, we will schedule a time for you to meet one-on-one with our baker to help consult on the wedding cake of your dreams! Yes, we offer Gluten Free options for wedding cakes too.Contact us for options and pricing.

With our wide variety of menu options, courteous and professional staff, along with our elegant ballroom, University Dining Services has everything you need to make this a joyous event. Note, our ballroom has a maximum capacity of 400, and is equipped with room dividers to create smaller settings for more intimate wedding parties.
